We spotted this Jeep at OK Auto’s OKtober Truckfest event in 2013. This 1986 Jeep is a find from Arizona where it was towed for years behind its original owner’s RV.
The 86 Laredo CJ-7 was part of the last year of the CJ series. This Jeep is in great condition and features original white paint and many uncommon factory features.

Andy had most of the work performed by OK Auto, in addition to the modifications the Jeep was given the proper maintenance treatment. Seals, bearings, u-joints, etc. were all taken care of.
Andy says that the factory CJ gearing has to go..a set of 4.10 ratio gears may be in the Jeep’s future. In addition to a re-gear an ARB rear locker and front RCV u-joints are on his list.
This Jeep was our favorite since it keeps the CJ looking authentic to it’s era. The CJ is becoming a rare vehicle and ones that maintain the spirit of the CJ series are always special in our book.
Now to the pictures..(little disclaimer here..our “good” camera failed so the backup was used..the date was wrong and the lens was smudged)
