Bill Bonham’s 1973 Jeep CJ-5 is a beautiful restoration. The Jeep is in near original condition with only a few minor alterations. Since we have a soft spot for clean old CJ’s we had to take some time to give this Jeep some proper attention.
The weather held out for most of Saturday to make the 2013 Jeep show a huge event. There seemed to be more Jeeps than ever before. The JK crowd seemed to dominate over other Jeep varieties. As usual there was the vendor area (which was also bigger than before), the swap meet, and food court. …

Below is a picture of the jeepfan.com 78 CJ-5 at Rausch Creek in 2006. The Jeep was tackling a rock garden during OK Auto’s 4X4 Tour event. This event was the final trail run for the old Jeep, it’s since been cleaned up and retired to preserve it.

In the 2013 model year both the Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited are equipped with some new wheel options. The Sport model in it’s base form still comes with the standard 16″ steel 5 spoke wheels.
