BDS Long Arm Suspension Lift Kits for JK Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited

After many months of testing, BDS is proud to release the new 4-Link long arm system for the ’07-08 Jeep Wrangler. This system is a true symphony of off road performance and on road handling. The 4-Link long arm system offers improved caster angles which improves steering control for on road handling as well as high speed off road use. Disconnect the sway bars with the BDS Ultimate disconnects and you’ll see the system really perform. The re-buildable and greaseable flex arms allow the suspension to flex over any obstacle while the track bar relocation systems help to reduce body roll as well as properly match the steering angles.

In order to offer this type of extreme flex, the BDS Pro-Ride coils were designed to be able to fully collapse and still return to their original height. Repetitive off road use won’t even phase these coils springs!

Braided, stainless brake lines with Kevlar lining are included to enhance braking performance as well as allow for extreme wheel travel. This complete system also includes a forged dropped pitman arm for reduced steering angles, bump stop extensions, rear sway bar relocation and easy to follow installation instructions.

Long Arm 4- Link Geometry	The BDS long arm 4-Link system offers superior caster control through wheel travel. This is where a 4-Link design shines over any radius arm system. The minimal change in caster creates a truly controlled feeling whether on or off road.
4-Link Mounting Brackets	¼” thick brackets are used that utilize the BDS multi-mount system which adds rigidity and provides solid mounting points for both the upper and lower control arms.
BDS Pro-Ride Coils	BDS coil springs are designed to handle full coil bind and still return to their original height. Basically, that means you can smash them until they are fully collapsed and they will always come back.
Adjustable Upper Flex Arms	1-3/8” solid stock is used to make these substantial upper arms. Not only are these arms adjustable, but the BDS greasable flex end will allow for serious flexing.
Solid Lower Flex Arms	1-3/4” x ¼” wall DOM structural tubing is used to construct these impressive lower control arms. The control arms come with one flex end and a urethane end. Both flex and urethane ends are greasable and easily re-buildable with standard tools.
Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects	BDS ultimate sway bar disconnects allow for one handed operation. This adjustable disconnect allows for quiet long term performance.
Front & Rear Track Bar Relocation	These BDS track bar relocation brackets are located on the axle in order to reduce roll center. These heavy duty brackets not only flatten out the track bar angles for reduced bump steer, but they also have additional attachment points rather than just attaching to the OE track bar mounts.

The BDS long arm kits are available in 5.5" and 6.5" sizes.
